Traditional Home is excited to partner on this project with builder, Pam Sessions, owner of one of Atlanta’s premier development companies, Hedgewood Homes. Traditional Home champions the leadership of Hedgewood Homes as they meet the modern building world head on with “Smart Growth” urban planning and development concepts as well as environmental “Green” building techniques in construction of their homes and entire neighborhoods. A beautiful and sustainable community is the goal.

For months, we have been drafting plans, searching for Atlanta’s best designers, forging partnerships with product manufacturers and working to create three classically modern homes to reflect the real lives of Traditional Home readers. In a couple of weeks we will break ground in Woodstock (check out the current construction tab for photos and updates) and the homes will be open to the public at the end of September. We will showcase the homes in a three issue series in Traditional Home beginning in fall 2007.

Traditional Home’s award-winning editorial team is working tirelessly to meet the demanding building schedule and design needs of the project.
